What is Ahern’s Recruiting Process?
- Application is submitted online for the position(s) of interest.
- Application is received into online applicant database and reviewed by Recruiter.
- Recruiter will contact applicant via phone if he/she is interested in conducting a phone interview.
- Testing is conducted based on position applied for.
- If there is continued interest in the applicant, an in-person interview will be scheduled.
- A second in-person interview may be conducted for final candidates.
- References and background checks are conducted on the final candidate.
- An offer is extended to the final candidate and a hard-copy offer letter is mailed.
- A drug screen is performed on the final candidate upon acceptance of an offer.
- Regret letters are sent via e-mail to candidates who were not chosen for the position.
