What is Ahern’s Recruiting Process?

  1. Application is submitted online for the position(s) of interest.
  2. Application is received into online applicant database and reviewed by Recruiter.
  3. Recruiter will contact applicant via phone if he/she is interested in conducting a phone interview.
  4. Testing is conducted based on position applied for.
  5. If there is continued interest in the applicant, an in-person interview will be scheduled.
  6. A second in-person interview may be conducted for final candidates.
  7. References and background checks are conducted on the final candidate.
  8. An offer is extended to the final candidate and a hard-copy offer letter is mailed.
  9. A drug screen is performed on the final candidate upon acceptance of an offer.
  10. Regret letters are sent via e-mail to candidates who were not chosen for the position.
