Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
As part of a cafeteria benefit plan, employees and dependants are elegible for medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days of employment. There are various options available to employees, and each medical plan includes a prescription drug card. An open enrollment period is offered annually.
Life & Disability Insurance
JFA provides life insurance (up to $200,000), and short- and long-term disability after 30-days of employment at no cost to the employee. The employee may purchase additional life insurance or dependent life insurance at low group rates.
Flexible Spending Account
This plan allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars for unreimbursed medical and dependent care expenses. Employees are eligible to participate after 30 days of employment.

Educational Assistance
Employees may receive up to $4,000 in tuition reimbursement per year based on a grade of "B" or better. In addition, JFA supports continuing education and professional development with an in-house training program and through outside conferences, workshops, and seminars.
Employee Relations Activities and Events
Throughout the year, JFA coordinates several employee and family-oriented functions such as picnics, parties, and recognition dinners.
Personal Development Training
JFA offers employees $200.00 per year toward their personal development training on such activities as cooking classes, scuba diving, quilting, photography, automotive repair, and fitness club memberships.

Flextime Schedule
