- Chiller serving two linear accelerator units
- Four Trane Intellipack rooftop units
- Variable air volume (VAV) system with hot water reheat
- Packaged Aaon rooftop boiler plant with four boilers and associated pumps
Plumbing Installations:
- 11,000 linear feet of under- and above-ground sanitary and storm piping
- 9,000 linear feet of water piping
- 4,500 linear feet of medical gas piping
- 240 plumbing fixtures
- Two 200,000-BTU sealed-combustion water heaters
