37,500 square-foot design/build nursing home retrofit in St. Paul, Minnesota. Ahern coordinated access to the site and resident rooms throughout the project, as the facility remained occupied.

Fire Protection Installations:

  • Wet sprinkler system
  • Utilized Ahern’s fire protection fabrication shop
  • Approximately 300 sprinkler heads
  • 5,700 linear feet of piping
