Marquette University McCabe Hall

Ahern successfully met a tight deadline in renovating an 8-story, 80,000 square-foot existing apartment building to what is now Marquette University’s McCabe Hall student dormitory. Ahern dedicated more than 70 field and office experts to complete the job on time, as well as under budget. Serving as a design/build contractor for multiple trades, Ahern’s team provided cost-efficient designs early in the project. As the work progressed, frequent on-site coordination meetings kept the project moving forward as needed.
