Ahern Among "Chicago's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For"
Ahern Fire Protection was recently named one of "Chicago's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For" by the National Association for Business Resources. This honor is given to companies that recognize employees as their greatest asset, and create organizational value and business results through their policies and best practices in human resource management. To be considered for this award, nominees must first complete an extensive human resources survey and participate in employee surveys. Those companies with the highest overall scores are then named the Best and Brightest.
