Fire Protection Services for High Rise Medical Office Buildings in the St. Louis Area
Ahern completed its work on time at the BJC Center for Outpatient Health in St. Louis, Missouri. This 12-story, 312,000 square-foot medical office building centralized five clinics from older facilities. Our team’s 3D capabilities improved the accuracy of this design/build project, while utilization of our prefabrication shops increased productivity. With a tight construction site, heavy coordination with other trades and crane lifting materials into the building were required. The project required 14 wet systems and two dry systems.
