Building 23 in Milwaukee

Ahern met its client’s deadline and provided fire protection installation services at a 19th-century church turned micro-brewery and beer hall in Milwaukee, WI. Ahern was able to maintain the historic integrity of the building while adding modern conveniences and life safety systems. Prefabricating the 144 sprinkler heads as well as extensive experience of working in existing facilities sped up the schedule and allowed the grand opening of the Pabst Brewery to take place on time. This project received a 2017 Cream of the Cream City Award for Historic Preservation.
