Fire Protection Retrofit Installations for Assisted Living Facilities in the St. Louis Area
Ahern’s ability to complete sprinkler installations within the kitchen in one day was critical to the success at Cori Manor in Fenton, Missouri. This 42,000 square-foot, occupied assisted living facility relied on its kitchen for daily food service and wanted to minimize outside meals. Ahern met this challenge by adding an additional crew member to its team. Ahern also showed its client commitment by moving the fire department connection, which therefore eliminated the need for a fire hydrant.
