Fire Protection Services for Assisted Living Facilities in the St. Louis Area

Ahern completed its work ahead of schedule to allow Provision Living to meet its occupancy goal. This was made possible through a knowledgeable team of installers (seven at the construction peak) – all of whom were industry licensed or certified – and project managers that each held over 18 years of experience. Utilizing our prefabrication shop, we increased productivity by preassembling runs of piping and sprinkler heads were delivered to the site as they were needed to improve productivity. While Ahern’s scope started as design only, this grew to design/build for a three-story, 122,000 square-foot assisted care center with an attic fire protection system. The facility now features 80 living units, along with on-site medical, rehabilitation, memory care, a wellness center, and retail café.
