- Digester gas purifier media removal from 22 gas purifier tanks
- Stainless steel, galvanized steel, and ductile iron piping
- Six new digester gas flowmeters
- Modification to two existing digester gas flowmeters

- Underground digester gas and natural gas piping
- 14 new condensate/sediment traps
