above the floor to keep the facilities three clearstory atriums
from condensing
• Two air handling units with humidification and MERV-13
final filters
• 80 VAV (variable air volume) boxes
• Carbon dioxide sensors in conference rooms and other densely
occupied areas
• One 120-ton water-cooled chiller with an indoor 120-ton
cooling tower
• VRTX chemical free water treatment system
• Two one million BTU high-efficiency boilers
• Radiant in-floor heating
• Commissioning and balancing of entire HVAC system
