United Ethanol PlantNewly constructed design/build ethanol plant in Milton, Wisconsin. Plant consists of various buildings with a combined area of 43,000 square feet.
Fire Protection Installations:
- Three wet sprinkler systems
- Approximately 526 sprinkler heads
- 7,000 linear feet of pipe
- Underground pipe for foam induction monitor nozzles
- 2,000 GPM electric fire pump
- Backflow preventer
- Manual water spray systems for ring dryer
Plumbing Installations:
- 800 liner feet of two inch galvanized pipe
- Eyewash stations, water meters, and backflow protector
Industrial/Process Installations:
- Steam, steam condensate, process condensate, alcohol liquid and vapor, chemicals, air, process, chilled and portable water, mash, spillage, acid, denaturant, and waste water process piping
- Stainless, carbon steel, and PVC pipe ranging from 1/2” to 48” in diameter
- 62 process and chemical pumps
- 12 agitators
- 12 process and chemical tanks
- Three air compressors
- Eight cooling tower cells
- Deaerator, air dryer, air receiver, vent gas and CO2 scrubbers, filters, and loadout skids
