20,000 square-foot hospital space remodel in West Allis, Wisconsin

HVAC Installations:

  • 14 VAV (variable air volume) boxes
  • 24 induction units
  • Nine reheat coils
  • One isolation room exhaust system
  • 410 linear feet of carbon steel and copper piping
  • 300 linear feet of galvanized sheet metal ductwork

Plumbing Installations:

  • 12 water closets
  • 12 lavatories
  • Four shower valves/trim
  • Four stainless steel sinks
  • Four hand sinks
  • One clinical service sink
  • 3,260 linear feet of PVC, copper, and medical gas piping

Fire Protection Instsallations:

  • One wet sprinkler system
  • 180 sprinkler heads
  • 1,500 linear feet of piping
