- Replacement of existing cross mains and branch lines with 16,000 linear feet of larger pipe
- Four new sprinkler systems
- 1,500 new ESFR sprinkler heads
- Replacement of 500 heads on two adjacent systems
- Demolition of inoperable air exchange units
