As an employee, you and your dependents* are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance after just 30 days of employment. You can choose from several coverage options and we pay up to 90% of health insurance premiums, reducing out-of-pocket cost and allowing you to secure the coverage that is right for you and your family.

Life and Disability Insurance
We provide life insurance, at no expense to you, as well as short-term and long-term disability insurance. Critical Illness and Accident Protection Insurance
We offer enrollment options for Critical Illness insurance to help our employees fill the gap and assist with the financial burden of unexpected expenses that often come with the treatment of critical illnesses such as cancer, heart attack, and stroke. Accident Protection coverage will pay you a benefit based on injuries you or your family sustain and the various treatments or services received in the event that you fall victim to a covered accident.
Health Risk Assessments
We offer annual, on-site health risk assessments to all benefit-eligible office and shop employees. You’ll receive a detailed report from these confidential assessments consisting of a medical history questionnaire and biometric health screening, which include blood pressure, cholesterol screening, and body fat analysis. Combining this knowledge of your body with our wellness initiatives provides you with the tools to maintain or accomplish your health goals.
One-on-one onsite and telephone health coaching is available for employees and their spouses who wish to discuss a behavior-change action plan or need assistance in achieving their health goals.
We also have a 24-hour-a-day nurse hotline, and we offer on-site flu vaccinations annually to all office and shop employees.
We have first-class fitness centers at the Milwaukee and Fond du Lac locations. Employees working in other offices are eligible for an annual wellness fund, to be used towards any single fitness membership or fitness classes.
