For Engineering Intern Mitch, working for Ahern means an opportunity to cultivate his passion for designing HVAC systems, assisting major construction on various projects, and learning about the multiple disciplines of mechanical contracting.
Starting as an assistant project manager in 2019 and transitioning into a full-engineering role in 2021, Mitch has had opportunities to enrich his design skills, assist project managers and see his designs implemented on job sites, providing him with a range of experience to draw upon.
