Medical Gas Installation
Each medical gas system we engineer is a complex plumbing network of source equipment and distribution piping. Source equipment includes medical air compressors, high-vacuum pumps, and manifold headers for bulk oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide cylinders. This gas is then distributed through Type L copper piping, which is specially cleaned and capped to prevent combustion.
Our installation process also includes zone valve boxes to facilitate emergency shut-offs and alarm panels that provide real-time monitoring of system pressure. Lastly, we install the connection outlets that will be used by healthcare professionals to provide these gases to their patients.
Compliance and Safety Standards

Before any system we engineer goes live, we facilitate third-party verification to ensure every connection is leak-free and cross-connection tests are passed.
