Ahern to Attend WHEA Annual Conference

The Wisconsin Healthcare Engineering Association (WHEA) is holding their 54^th Annual Conference Tuesday, September 17 through Friday, September 20. Ahern will be at the conference September 17 - 19, with the Technical Exhibition taking place on Wednesday, September 18. The annual conference provides a variety of educational programs including code updates and additional current topics for all healthcare facility managers and engineers.

The conference kicks off on Tuesday with guest speaker, Barry Alvarez, athletic director at UW-Madison. Wednesday includes the Technical Exhibition and multiple sessions including an update and review of state codes. Thursday is a full day of programs focusing on hot topics of interest. The conference closes on Friday with an important update presented by Richard Smith, CHFM, CHSP, Life Safety Code Surveyor for the Joint Commission.
