Ahern Receives Wisconsin Corporate Safety Award

Ahern has been named the winner of the Wisconsin Safety Council’s 2021 Corporate Safety Award in the large construction group.

The Company won for consecutive years in Category C3: Construction, which includes companies with more than 1 million employee hours. This is the sixth time since the Wisconsin Safety Council has given the award that Ahern has earned this prestigious recognition.

Chief Safety Office Dustin Rusch said, “The safety improvement journey at Ahern has been a long one, more than 140 years in the making, and it keeps getting re-defined every day. When it comes to the challenge of sending everyone home safe every single day, we believe what was good enough yesterday or today will not be tomorrow.
