Pipe Fabrication Services for Wastewater Treatment Plants in the NYC Area

Ahern prefabricated 993 stainless and carbon steel pipe spools for the Bowery Bay Water Pollution Control Plant project in Queens, New York, and delivered 100% of its piping on time. This work was scheduled over a five-year period to meet the client’s installation dates and included more than 6,000 linear feet of piping that ranged from 3” to 84” in diameter. Ahern also helped engineer the field connections, since field welding was not allowed. This resulted in cost savings for the client.
