Pipe Fabrication & Industrial Process Services for Food Processing Plant in the Milwaukee Area

Ahern completed its industrial process work one month ahead of schedule at Cargill’s ‘Project Tundra’ plant addition in Germantown, Wisconsin. This facility produces food additives for the dairy industry and underwent a 15,000 square-foot expansion to house a new industrial freezer, where its products are stored at -60°F. The addition also housed production and warehouse spaces. Our team provided an effective design for the required life safety ventilation system that was significantly less expensive to install and operate than the plans provided by an outside consultant. In addition to cost savings, Ahern’s design had improved system reliability and offered very precise system controls.
