Ahern completed a compressed natural gas (CNG) project for the City of Milwaukee, complete with the furnishing and installation of two new CNG systems. The installation of this system benefitted the city because they could now fuel fleet trucks, plows, and more, as well as sell CNG fuel to the public. The field team’s knowledge and understanding of trench work and stainless steel tubing was a substantial benefit to the project’s success. Despite issues with contaminated soils, proactive teamwork was the resolution to remedy the setback which was pleasing to the customer.
