Utilizing their knowledge and experience, Ahern's pipe fabrication team was able to complete this prefabrication job at the Craig Station power plant in Craig, Colorado. Ahern prefabricated 2,495 pounds of stainless steel piping and 79,162 pounds of carbon steel piping equaling 197 total pipe spools (181 carbon and 16 stainless) for this coal power plant. Four different colors of paint were used on this project with all three loads being delivered on-time.
