Ahern prefabricated and installed the sprinkler system for Ingersol Square Lofts & Apartments, located in Des Moines, Iowa. The 86,476 square-foot residential building was completed on time due to the use of Ahern's prefabrication shop to fabricate sprinkler heads and appointing a fitting crew for design and the field to meet the customer's schedule. Ahern used its experience to assist the general contractor and architect to adjust plans so excess work on the sprinkler system would not be required. A true definition of teamwork, Ahern's internal communications impacted the overall project schedule and was completed on-time and without injury, resulting in a happy client and proud team.
