Fire Protection Prefabrication & Installation Services for Warehouses in the Des Moines Area

Meeting the construction deadline was a priority for agriculture manufacturer Lely’s newest 42,000 square-foot warehouse in Pella, Iowa. Although we were drawn in on initial bidding late, our team provided its estimate quickly. Efficiencies continued with our design being approved on the first submission, and use of our prefabrication shop. Even with setbacks of a delayed pump delivery and tight working conditions in the pump riser room, all work was completed according to schedule. The project also finished within the original budget.
