Ahern’s pipe fabrication knowledge and ability to meet strict deadlines were keys to the completion of this power generation piping system for the MarkWest Mobley Processing Facility in Smithfield, WV. Approximately 30 welders worked on the 1,100 linear feet of carbon steel pipe, and each crew members were industry certified or licensed. Even when some inaccuracies were discovered in the drawings, Ahern was able to resolve the issue quickly and deliver the spools on time.
