Fire Protection Services for Warehouses & Office Buildings in the Des Moines Area

By completing fire protection installations one week ahead of schedule at Pioneer International’s new 49,500 square-foot warehouse/office building in Dallas Center, Iowa, the other trades involved in the project could complete their work faster as well. Our knowledge, guidance, and leadership allowed our team to adapt to changes quickly when faced with ceiling obstacles associated to increased garage door heights. Our design was converted to a center-fed ‘tree system,’ which was approved on the first submission and installed according to code.
