Ahern’s system and code knowledge were beneficial throughout the Plumrose Council Bluffs project. Early on, we eliminated some redundancies in the specification to offer value engineering. During installation, our team’s expertise in sprinkler head placement helped eliminate adding a new sprinkler system to protect around HVAC equipment that was larger than expected. Ahern met the deadline to protect approximately 187,000 square feet at Plumrose’s newest deli meat processing facility in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
