Pipe Fabrication Service for Factories in the Milwaukee Area

Despite a strict schedule, Ahern completed installation of a 1,600-ton cooling tower and two 500 ton chillers in the West Allis, Wisconsin, Quad/Graphics on-time and with no warranty rework.  Ahern prefabricated 800 feet of pipe ranging 2.5” and 16”, and delivered the two loads of pipe on schedule to the printing facility. The project consisted of filling a 3,600 square-foot mezzanine with equipment, pipe, valves, and fitting, all while providing the client with conceptual design drawings through fabrication and installation of chilled water piping.
