Riverside Energy Center is a 600-megawatt natural gas-fired power plant in Beloit, Wisconsin. Meeting the 12-month construction schedule was critical to begin production of marketable energy. With an average of 86 employees on-site during construction, Ahern completed its work on time and within 1.1% of our original estimate. This on-time completion came despite being issued 350 design changes. Our team’s labor coordination, 3D design capabilities, and expertise came together for a successful execution.
