Fire Protection, HVAC & Plumbing Services for Food Processing Facilities in the Appleton Area

Ahern installed HVAC, plumbing, and fire sprinkler protection systems at the Sargento Cheese facility in Hilbert, Wisconsin. Because Ahern was in charge of three mechanical trades for the 33,040 square-foot facility, logistic coordination on site was minimal. 64 feet of pipe and 424 sprinkler heads were all prefabricated at Ahern which allowed for seamless installations. Despite a tight schedule, Ahern was also able to keep the project on-pace and completed the project on-time without altering the cheese production schedule.
