Fire Protection Services for Student Housing Buildings in the Des Moines Area

Located near the Iowa State University campus, the project schedule for Spruce Point Condominiums was centered on being move-in ready for the fall semester. Through careful pre-planning, scheduling, and use of our prefabrication shops, Ahern met the schedules outlined even when other subcontractors did not. We dedicated five personnel to complete this 66,000 square-foot, 29-unit facility with basement parking and attached parking ramp.
