Fire Protection Retrofit Installations for Laboratories in the Madison Area

Previous experience allowed the Ahern team to complete a retrofit project at UW-Madison. The project consisted of retrofitting an existing lab into its own fire suppression system, including protection of gas cabinets and equipment along with an exhaust duct that rose three stories, exiting the roof of the building. The project was completed safely with a final prefabrication count of 56 sprinkler heads.
