Fire Protection Services for Large Retail Facilities in the Omaha Area

Completing our work one month ahead of schedule was possible thanks to our team’s close attention to detail. From design elements to scheduling deliveries and project team selection, Ahern’s impressive performance on the Omaha Walmart Neighborhood Market (Store 4138) all came down to planning, leadership, and follow-through. Our team minimized rework of both our own fire protection installations, as well as that of the other construction partners. This included storing materials off the floor and using non-marking tires on equipment lifts to protect the concrete. It also included a self-audit of systems installed to eliminate any large punch list items at the project close out. Our work in this 41,000 square-foot store was completed without warranty rework.
