Ahern’s extensive knowledge in power plants and complex process projects aided in achieving a successful and on-time start up for the West Campus Cogeneration Facility. Ahern served as the prime contractor for this new combined cycle power plant for the University of Wisconsin-Madison. This was an extremely large and complex project, where Ahern’s expertise in 3D BIM modeling and early collaboration with the owner allowed for an on-time completion.
