Fire Protection Services for Indoor Arenas in the Madison Area

Ahern was the first nationwide contractor to install fire protection systems in an air-inflated structure, and it began at the Woodside Wisconsin Dells Center Dome. Protecting this 150,000 square-foot domed fabric facility required weekly meetings with the owner and general contractor to ensure accurate execution. Without a structure-supporting roof, Ahern’s design and code expertise were critical to gaining occupancy certification. Not only was our design approved by regulatory authorities on the first submission, but our installations were complete ahead of schedule.
