Ahern employs over 110 NICET-Certified professionals, 13 licensed PEs, 3 LEED APs, and 4 EITs. Our building energy solutions team will help you better manage your utility spending by identifying and recommending energy-saving alternatives.

From initial audit to commissioning and ongoing service, we provide turnkey solutions to improve your bottom line. This includes working to find incentive funds to help offset costs.

With Ahern on your side, environmentally friendly construction projects are simplified. Our team of experts will work closely with you to identify systems that meet both your sustainability desires and your budget.

We’ve also gone through the certification process with two of our own buildings – our Fond du Lac headquarters is LEED Gold Certified, as well as our Milwaukee office. We employ 3 LEED accredited professionals, who will work closely with you to provide LEED plumbing and HVAC designs. We'll also coordinate with appropriate agencies to achieve incentives and finalize certification.
